Tasty Tangy Slaw

The tangy dressing in this slaw goes well with meat broiled or BBQ outdoors.  If you are cooking farther from home than your own backyard or patio, try the plastic bag method of “tossing” the slaw.  In one plastic bag or bowl place the cabbage mixture.  In a smaller plastic bag place the dressing.  Right before serving the slaw, pour the dressing into the bag or bowl and gently work it until the salad greens are coated.
