My recipes are very loose but should give you an idea Over a medium heat: 1 – 2 cloves of chopped garlic.  Saute in a T of olive oil.  Add a pinch of red pepper flakes.  Cook the garlic until tender do not brown Add a package of mushrooms, broken up roughly.  Saute for a couple of minutes Add a bunch of cleaned and torn swiss chard, or kale or combo Cook until wilted. Deconstructed Cabbage Rolls

Chop the cabbage, top with sautéed onions, put a tomato sauce over and the pre-cooked meat on top of that in the crockpot.  Leave it for three or four hours on low. Serve over rice. There is probably a recipe, but any stuffed cabbage recipe could be adapted. Saves the time of rolling them up and, in the end, it all tastes the same. Grandma’s Stuffed Cabbages. (adapted by Rick & Janet from a Cooks.com recipe) I head cabbage (large leaves) 1 lb. ground meat 1/2 cup cooked minute rice 1 small chopped raw onion 1 raw egg. 2 lbs unshelled fava beans                    3 Tablespoons olive oil 1 small onion chopped                       ¼ pound bacon chopped 3 tablespoons tomato paste diluted with 1 cup of chicken broth Salt and pepper to taste Shell the beans and set aside In a saucepan heat the oil and add the onion and cook for 5 minutes.
