Chop the cabbage, top with sautéed onions, put a tomato sauce over and the pre-cooked meat on top of that in the crockpot.  Leave it for three or four hours on low. Serve over rice. There is probably a recipe, but any stuffed cabbage recipe could be adapted. Saves the time of rolling them up and, in the end, it all tastes the same. Grandma’s Stuffed Cabbages. (adapted by Rick & Janet from a Cooks.com recipe) I head cabbage (large leaves) 1 lb. ground meat 1/2 cup cooked minute rice 1 small chopped raw onion 1 raw egg. Tasty Tangy Slaw

The tangy dressing in this slaw goes well with meat broiled or BBQ outdoors.  If you are cooking farther from home than your own backyard or patio, try the plastic bag method of “tossing” the slaw.  In one plastic bag or bowl place the cabbage mixture.  In a smaller plastic bag place the dressing.  Right before serving the slaw, pour the dressing into the bag or bowl and gently work it until the salad greens are coated. 1 head of cabbage 1 cup plain tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce Salt and pepper 4 tablespoons grated Romano or Parmesan Cheese Shred the cabbage and mix it with the tomato sauce in a large pan and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until and cabbage is just tender.
